I’ve worked in performance improvement consulting and process management for more than two decades. Since 2003, I have worked at Nimbus (now a TIBCO company).
My new role as Principal Consultant in a global Life Sciences and CPG team has inspired this new blog.
I want to focus on process as the universal business language that enables more effective collaboration and more efficient compliance in Life Sciences and other highly regulated industries.
In particular, I want to explore how a Business Process Management (BPM) platform like Nimbus Control:
- enables the transition from document-based SOPs to process-based SOPs that are cross-functional, holistic and designed to support real work – and thereby unlocks the potential for much greater organizational agility.
- provides a Kaizen platform for Lean initiatives and enables enterprise-wide engagement with continuous improvement.
- provides the perfect service management framework for outsourcing – enabling agility and lower costs while ensuring that the client always remains in control of its destiny.
